If a session is not cancelled within 24 hours, payments are still billed unless there has been an emergency.

  • Refund Policies: Pre-service payments for the month or year will be refunded for the remainder of unused services. Refunds are not available for missed sessions unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
